Default NL200 99 overpair 3-flush on turn

villian is a bad lag: 37/15/3 over about 100 hands
no specific history

effective stacks: $200
6 max game

i open 9h 9d UTG+1 to $10, cause CO posted
villian cold calls on the BTN, others fold

Flop 8 7 4 with two hearts pot: $25
i bet $18, he calls

Turn 8 7 4 3 ; 3 hearts on the board now
Pot: $61 and we have $170 left

Do you like c/c vs. this villian? What is our plan if river bricks?

Against a decent tag, i assume b/f is better, do you agree?

Added some colour to make it easier to read:

I just bet, since he didnt raise the flop I think we're still ahead and checking just makes the river very hard to play and also risks a free card

looking forward to other responses tho, cuz I really dont know

against a decent tag, what is his range after he calls this flop? 66, 55, 76s, T9s, 98s, 54s, FD...will it be wider than that? How are they floating here?
