i say dont drop down limits. it means youve got to grind back for ages.

compare you PT stats for when you ran well and badly and decide what you need to be doing differently.

Sometimes you play good but cards are just horrible. I'm in a similar situation, I made 7ptbb in september and since then I haven't put a winning session for 12 sessions.
Even if you don't take rough beats all day long you can possibly run bad.

Take a break from poker until you actively feel you want to play it. A week, two; hell, even 1.5 months is OK.
