anytime i've ever had a plateau with squats, i turned to box squats and smashed right through it. alot of top powerlifters actually do mostly box squats up until a few weeks before their meet. you re nowhere near your genetic limits so even though you re dropping fat you should still be able to get stronger. maybe you have form issues either with your stance or depth

Resetting is described in detail in the BB FAQ, but to answer your question you should cut 10%. So if you failed to get all 15 reps at 160, drop down to 145. |

Front squats fixed my problem with my knees coming in. I would get super sore on the inner part of my leg

maybe add some kind of shake/food before a workout to give you an energy boost?
