What this looks like to me is villain has a huge hand, did a miserable job of extracting value, and is trying to make up for it with ye ole crazy 5x pot river shove. I mean maybe at higher limits this is a call, but at 25nl calling here is suicide, if you win more than 20% I'd be shocked.
