Re: jamie gold at high stakes poker...
[ QUOTE ]
Why does everyone have such a low opinion of Baxter? I cant think of a single error he has made this season. Has he had a bad season before or something? [/ QUOTE ] raising in WA/WB-situations a few times. missing an obvious valuebet with 2pair. other than that good. the Jt-hand vs hellmuth was entertaining and good. |

[ QUOTE ] he plays 10x better this season than last and pwns Safai, Elezra and Barker. I'm sure he'd own Farha too if they played a pot together. In other words you know nothing [/ QUOTE ] Think this is a joke but I have seen you post some retarded [censored]. [/ QUOTE ] Seeing as how most of the thread agree with me... besides, glad you like my contributions Its a lot more useful than the 'strategy' you've posted |

Re: jamie gold at high stakes poker...
[ QUOTE ]
he talks too much, he thinks he can talk pple in making wrong decisions lol. While hes giving away a million tells and he comes over as a huge douche. [/ QUOTE ] I'm not going to defend his douchiness but you are missing the boat here. He chats up Eli and the others that still fall for that bluff chat sh^t. He knows Negreanu, Hellmuth, Harman have him pegged and is staying away from them. That's not bad thinking on his part. |

Re: jamie gold at high stakes poker...
You know what, I don't see Hachem, Raymer, or Moneymaker out there on HSP. I'll give Gold credit for that.

Re: jamie gold at high stakes poker...
I actually thought he came off as slightly better this season. He does'nt think he's the best in the world and does'nt seem like a complete douche.

Re: jamie gold at high stakes poker...
Well cause of the mic and people on the internet...Daniel said when Jamie went "you don't want to be bluffed twice", they both knew he was bluffing.

Re: jamie gold at high stakes poker...
I dislike Gold as much as the next guy, but I will say this about him-
he has the balls to sit in this game and also to put moves on players like these takes courage. He actually wants to be a top poker player, unlike alot of these million-dollar tourny winners. IN TIME, playing with these top players all the time will make him a great player. Dont be surprised if 5 years from now, he is one of the top 10 players in the world. The way I see it, he's just learning how to play (with a $6mil BR) and he's getting a lesson from the best in the world. |

Re: jamie gold at high stakes poker...
I assume the tell is when jamie talks about your action, What you should do, he is telling the truth. I have not watched other footage, but it is probably something like that.
