Blind Defense
$2/$5 NL game at local casino. I'm BB. CO is a regular blind stealer, and he raises every hand he plays from CO and Button no matter what happens in front of him. Three limpers, he raises to $25. He has about $750, and I have about $1200. I decide to call before I even look at my hand. I have 86s (spades). Two limpers call.
Flop is 479 rainbow. I am sure he will bet if checked to and raise if I bet out. Normally I would bet out, but my hand can't take a big reraise. What would you do? |

Re: Blind Defense
I c/c and then depending on how many limpers call as well I evaluate on the turn but leaning towards betting out

Re: Blind Defense
Why are you playing hands deep OOP against a tough player without even looking at them? I mean, what the hell?
Given your description of this guy, you're going to make your money from him by playing good hands from the BB, and leading out with them to bait him into making a big flop raise when you have the best of it. |

Re: Blind Defense
Fishsticks got a point there.
but since you already are in this mess it does not help. c/c for sure. but what is his normal actions on the turn? if he keeps aggresion up it could be good if you hit. if he gets passive it can also be good for you. since you can take another card. c/c you go girl |
