As for the $200, FTP pretty much took care of it on its own, but I appreciate the help regardless. Media, BluffVin, and apefish PM me, and I'll ship you $67 each.

Don't forget to change your passwords on every other site you've signed up on (poker, websites, etc.) If your email and FTP passwords were the same, I'm guessing you may have made this mistake elsewhere.

Even if you used that password on some site you don't care about, you should still change it anyway. If you purchased something online, personal information probably got stored and this person could get access to it. Don't let this turn into an identity theft opportunity.
