2/4 Video, plz set me straight

Im not gonna lie, ive been sucking at poker lately after making the move to 6max. Here is a ~10 min video of myself 4 tabling, oh no you know my sn! anyway, there was a lot of stuff i wasnt sure on, i thought i was playing a little weak tight. hope this will stimulate some good discussion.

you need a .avi player for this to work for you newbs out there.

1st hand: i dont see any value in 3betting the river, are you going to fold to a cap?. just call his c/r imo.
2nd hand: why call the turn raise, you're not getting odds to draw to the Q. this is a c/f for me
AQo v scorcho: i dont understand raising the turn. i think i just chuck it. if i call the turn i'm calling the river.
J7o in the BB @ 6:00. i dont like leading into 3 guys on a oesd in such a tiny pot w/o any initiative. a K or 9 is going to kill all my river action unless its a split.
94o hand near the end: this is a small 3way pot. same idea as the example on pg. 146 of SSHE except this board is more coordinated.

Around 1.40 with 99. Board 2c7sAc Tc. I don't know, this is a check-fold for me after button calls flop bet. Maybe a bit weak?

Edit:
Yeah, and that AQ turn raise mentioned in the previous post. I don't like it either. In general it's a bad idea out out-LAG the LAG. I have no idea if I would have called down, but I don't think so.

8.20. Minor, but I'm sure you would get away with a check-raise on the river in the Q6h hand.
