Yeah, I think we're making a quick assumption that his flop call is evidence of weakness. There's a substantial chance that he's aware you'll almost certainly bet again on the turn and he's slowplaying AA or KK so he can get a raise in on a big street.

I don't think we're folding this, so I'd just call the raise and c/c the river.

He's identified as loose passive. I have a tough time seeing a loose passive three bet 99 preflop.

Thanks all for input, it was helpful. I call a lot of turn raises and I think its a leak but in this case, showdown seems standard from responses
