Default Re: Which hand would you rather have? 86s, AJo, KQo

[ QUOTE ]
97s 0.88PTBB per hand, 86s 0.79 PTBB per hand. And that's not some strange "6 guys to the flop" game...

[ QUOTE ]

You will get paid when an Ace flops as you will be ahead 80% of the time. (And even lower pairs will call you down.)

It will generally be easy to get away from the hand (when you hit your Ace) if you are behind because these type of loose calling stations are very bad as disguising strong hands.

Plus I have somehow the feeling that your statements contradict each other a little. I think it's gonna be tough to get away from a hand which is, as you assumed, ahead 80% of the time just because villains can not disguise their hands very well...

[/ QUOTE ]

No contradiction. They call you down when they're behind and "turn their cards over" when they're ahead.

Now, how much higher is your BB/100 with AJo and KQo from the same position? And how many hands?

AJo is worth about the same as 62o.

This is just plain dumb.

I think it was sarcasm, either way I fold all three hands so they all might as well be 62o.

(whatta nit)
