Default ($16) 2 JJ hands

------------------
HAND #1
------------------

CO is a 14/7 and is on all of my tables. He's a huge winner on sharkscope at the $16 level. Limper is 47/15 thus far. Can I profitably shove?

Poker Stars, $15 + $1 NL Hold'em Tournament, 25/50 Blinds, 6 Players

Hero (SB): 1,345

UTG: 2,760
MP: 2,675
CO: 1,160

Pre-Flop: (75) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
UTG folds, MP calls 50, CO raises to 250, 2 folds, Hero ???

HAND #2

If CO is playing a ton of tables here i'd put his range on 99+ AQ+ against someone who is 47vpip. If the limper is raising 15% he's folding to a push most of the time. Without running the #'s i'd say a push is good but if CO has high flop agression i might call and check/raise allin on a low flop and check/fold any ace high flop.

Second hand i hate. If he's 36/20/infinity i think he's bluffing a lot here but mehhh it's so ugly to call in this spot imo. I think i would just let this one go.

Hand #1 raise to 250 seems weird to me for CO to have AQ or 99 (though I suppose the cutoff is somewhere around there, and whether 1010 is part of his range or not is obviously very important)

With JJ in both hands I would fold but for different reasons.

#1 - too early to get desperate. you have 27 big blinds and you are not in a position to be blinded out. Why risk so much for so little.

#2 pretty weak raise by you. The worry is if you get called. IF someone goes over the top you can fold.

You have 14 big blinds and NOW is the time to start to accumulate chips - if you bet go all in and steal the blinds - you really do not want somebody to call.

On the flop - hmmmmm - now you only have 1000 left (10BBs) - I would get out and fight another day knowing that your fight is now an all in fight - but at least YOU can pick the time.

remember - now you will be going against players that will be tightening up their game with bubble syndrum. Easier to steal pots and accumulate. Thats why you need a bigger raise with JJ.

IMHO

7 pfr is pretty tight. Tho it is 6 handed. Are your PT stats filtered?

2nd hand I fold flop, 1st one is dependent on whether or not it's filtered. If his pfr is actually 7 I just muck as you're only ahead significantly of 2-3 of his opening hands (99/TT, maybe he opens AJs).

1. Snap fold
2. Snap call.
