Default Ignoring Pot-Odds ?

Within a big downswing and questioning every aspect of my play. Folding this despite the good pot odds is standart, right?

I fold, yes.

If there were 2 more callers, I'd enjoy the ride.

SNG poker isn't always about pot odds, because each chip you lose is worth slightly more than each you gain. This is standard tournament stuff, that surely everyone knows?

I think you can go either way, it's kinda inconsequential. If you call you are only playing for top2, trips, flopped str8, etc...So you are almost never losing much (unless you flop something like 799 and the dude has 77 or whatever) so you can make a loose call with good pot odds if you think you can win a big pot when you hit. I usually fold but that's just cuz I usually have too many tables open to focus on deepstacked post flop play...if i'm only playing 5 or less i will sometimes call here and play a flop. Like i said i think you can go either way and not lose or gain much.

If I saw the BB fold here it would make me think I could later steal pots from him.

I take that back. I would probably assume he has 72o or something he just can't stand to play. I was basing my opinion on knowing what his cards are.

i was about to say "awesome! watch as i reshove on you in the end game all day

OP,

just fold, tigerite touched on chip values, playing this type of hand oop sucks, youre never going to want to give up when you flop a king or oesd or anything and its basically asking to get into a marginal spot post flop. save your chips for when you can justify shoving and/or playing for value.
