Re: NL100 6max - AA with deep stacks
1.6 PFR% on a 15% VP$IP reg is very different from a 47% VP$IP donk.

flop bet too large. also ask yourself how commited you want to be? do you want all 300bbs to go in? [/ QUOTE ] I can see your point but with this guy i wouldn't mind going all-in. But in this hand i think is range is quite limited, QQ,KK,AA,AK. How much would you bet on that flop? Anyway, after playing that way on the flop i think my best option was to shove. If i checked and he bet i'd have a really hard time folding here. If i bet i'd be commited to put the rest of my money in. Turn: ($238) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero bets $304.7 (All-In), MP folds He took a while to fold so he probably had KK or maybe AK. |

Re: NL100 6max - AA with deep stacks
Yes usually when their pfr is so much smaller than their VPIP they raise weird stuff.. and they try to get really tricky with their big pairs.
I'd consider a stack-a-donk line a 3 AF for someone 47 VPIP is pretty high. Obviously this is dangerous as you run the risk of giving him a free card. I really doubt he's ever folding KK there. |

MP ($297.85) Hero ($421.20) Preflop: Hero is SB with A, A. UTG raises to $3.5, MP raises to $12, 2 folds, Hero raises to $41, 1 fold, UTG folds, MP calls $28.50. Flop: ($86) 7, Q, T (2 players) Hero bets $76, MP calls $76. [/ QUOTE ] if you dont want to play for 300BB's this deep then bet less on the flop or check. if you pot it, you shouldnt be looking to fold anytime afterwards. if i 4-bet AA and see a Q or K this deep, im generally trying to work the pot so i put in around 150bb's or so, fwiw |

Re: NL100 6max - AA with deep stacks
the flop bet is great, commits AQ/KK/JJ.
check the turn, probably just get it all in if he bets |

Re: NL100 6max - AA with deep stacks
Against this sort of player, with preflop action the way it was, and this deep, I would make a monster preflop raise. ~$70 or so. He'll call, and then the hand is easy peasy: stack off no matter what falls.
