If you are serious about playing online....Poker Tracker is a must have. Unlike PAHUD....GT+ is free.

-I like GT+ for the HUD...is PAHUD that much better?

GT+ is fair enough, you don't really need PAHUD. It also has the benefit of working with any room, unlike PAHUD. But PAHUD is dirty cheap and really has something else, get it when you feel like you can throw some bucks away.

its 55 dollars. It will pay for itself hundred of times over once you build a good database. get it. get it. get it.

you've gotten more than $5500 in value from PT playing micros? Thats sick. I think its helpful, but not a must.

edit: I don't think PT is helpful at all. You have to buy a HUD to make it useful imo and thats more money.

I think PT is useful by itself. I use it to identify holes, track my results and review my sessions. I can easily find the one or two big hands of a sessions and take a look a day or two later to see if I like my line.

I don't use PAHUD or any other HUD. My goal is to work on my game and improve my live results. So, I go with my "read" of the table as if I was playing live. But I only 2-4 table so I can kep a read on all tables.

at me not thinking its useful by itself?

umaine, I guess I don't use it for that since I typically realize mistakes before the hand even finishes I don't feel the need to go back and analyze hands.
