got better advice and got a 20" with 1600x1200 res. I can throw 4 tables there and 2 tables on my laptop. So awesome, resolution means errrrrrything!

I have two 22" Acers widescreens (which ran $215 each shipped) using their 1st time customer promo. More than fine, and a lot less than what some people here are quoting.

A 20" will work, 1600x1200 res is fine for fitting 4 windows default, but I def like having more real estate for other projects split over two monitors (I typically don't play more than 3 tables anyway).

Obv there was never any intent to reward anyone, not sure why you offered it to the other posters, but whatever

i actually planned on shipping 10-$20 on FTP if someone gave me an awesome option. If the EBay order was legit, I would've shipped him the cash. But, it wasn't, so I didn't. And, if my laptop had 2 exports for monitors $ would've also been shipped.

These things are always on sale for around $200, and they are pretty solid, especially for the price.

find out the resolution of the monitor, and the resolution of the windows at default size, and you can figure out how many will fit. 1900 X 1200 will fit four without resizing IIRC... a good 30" is 2560 x 1600

I think default poker screens are 800x600 or somewhere around there, so with a 30" you could resize slightly and be fine, or you could even fit 8 if you rotated the screen 90 degrees

Also, if you go 30", you might as well grab the Dell
