Now I know I have seriously underplayed this hand here the way I have played it. At this point should I lead out? I doubt anyone has a three unless they have pocket threes or maybe A3. This is the very first hand at the table. No reads.

who are you afraid of action from?
the bb, who is getting great odds to call preflop with a lot of marginal hands? how many of those hands include a 3?
what about the utg limp/call? seems soft (small pp/sc?, esp. coupled with the flop check. at best he's looking at 33, but most likely 77/88.
MP2: original raiser checks a coordinated flop? you're pretty safe ruling out a big pair, and at best i think he's holding like ackc, waiting to hit before he gets checkraised.

1/2 pot the turn; fold to most anything from the bb, and call either of the other two.
