100NL Live How do you play this hand with various stack sizes?

Well, you're still ignoring FE completely. I'm trying to wrap my head around how you have no FE here. I would. But I don't riase Q8s from MP either, so when I make a raise people expect me to have a hand and I get folds.

I know you said not to concentrate on preflop, but its really hard not to when its such a big mistake.
