Re: $25NL QQ 3bet pot.

[ QUOTE ] I don't think villain would play AA/KK like this, maybe JJ but I think he shows up with AK enough to make this a profitable shove.. [/ QUOTE ] How is it a profitable shove when he folds and every time he calls we are crushed???? [/ QUOTE ]I think he means AK will call enough to be profitable. IMO this is probably true. The board is paired, no way hero has JJ or a seven and plays this way. Some people will just put you on AQ or even call knowing they are likely against an underpair since they have six outs and big pot. I'm not sure how often AK calls here. More than 10-15% I think... |

Re: $25NL QQ 3bet pot.
During the hand i thought to myself, what calls a 3bet and then check calls the flop that i beat. So i said JJ was the only real logical hand unless AA or KK which i'm also beat by. Obviously i didn't listen to myself. He showed AA.
Now I agree with most in this thread that check behind on turn is the best move. but when do we do on a black river of 2c? If he bets how much do we call if any? And if he checks do we check behind again? |

Re: $25NL QQ 3bet pot.
I check behind on turn and probably fire a bet on a blank river if he checks, or call any reasonable bet
