Default Does the sound of players shuffling their chips at the table bother U?

It bothers me big time=I asked my dealer If they ever washed cleaned or changed the chips=guess what she said=just think of all the donkeys who handle those chips and wash their hands as good as they play=thats the last thing I'm gonna do is freakin love and nurture and manhandle those little bacteria factories.

Theory: Threads with the icon next to them are not worth reading.

i played live exclusively for 3-4 years and encountered some pretty gross things. people coughing, sneezing, picking their nose, and the worst of all, witnessing people not washing their hands in the bathroom. yes, pretty gross, but theres nothing you can do about it.

I am pretty sure most casinos clean their chips frequently. Better business for them if people don't get sick.

I met one guy who was extra anal and every time after he won a pot he'd use some of that Purell gel.

Watching the WSOP final tables live online and hearing the shuffling of chips nonstop drives me crazy. Especially when it's so loud that it blocks out the analysts commentary or players talk at the table.
