Re: how can I honorably call off a sports bet?
[ QUOTE ]
Dude wtf!? The first Eagles/Cowboys game isnt until 11/4. Go mow some lawns or sell lemonade or something. It's $20!!!! [/ QUOTE ] I agree, c'mon now! I laughed so hard reading this thread, it sounds so ridiculous. Are you trying to get money from readers of this post or what? If you are almost homeless, I am truly sorry. |

Re: how can I honorably call off a sports bet?
Well shoot, now I'm in the same boat.
Last month after a party my girl and I got a little tipsy and fooled around. Well, things happened, and now she's pregnant. Is there anyway I can get out of this? Is there some ettiquete to this? |

Re: how can I honorably call off a sports bet?
If you picked Dallas, you can get out without breaching ettiquette (since you're the favorite, you're saving him $), but if you picked Philly, you need to offer him sometheing to let you off the hook.

Re: how can I honorably call off a sports bet?
LOL its amazing that a guy who is almost homeless cares enough to think about ethical way to cancel a bet.
If you really cant afford 40$ just run off, its not like you have a home or anything to retain you .... |
