advice for ~20 inch second monitor

looking for a second monitor to multi table more easily. i must admit i don't know much about computer hardware (or getting it cheap), but i've seen people talk about some pretty awesome deals on here. people seem to say 30 inch dells are the best, but what about for 20 inch, any advice?

for a 20" monitor for poker, just get the cheapest monitor with 1600x1200 resolution and a DVI input you can find.
