Re: 55$ Calling with AK in the bubble
I think calling is the worst option. With such large blinds I just shove it in here. SB isn't all that short really.

Not an easy spot, but if he is not a nit I like your stop'n go.
I don't think you have any FE so I think pushing is not optimal. Folding is out of question. The only alternative for me would be calling PF and check/fold the flop unless you hit a pair or a flushdraw. |

Normally I'd just shove it in preflop.

Re: 55$ Calling with AK in the bubble
Was your intent to stop and go when you called? If so, I like it. If you only pushed because you had the straight draw, I hate it.
With that hand, you should want to get all your chips in after villian's raise. Thus, you either push PF or Stop-and-Go. |

Re: 55$ Calling with AK in the bubble
i dont like it, i think shoving it in preflop is the better line at least if it was planned as a stop and go before.
i think you might get him to fold a hand when an ace or king flops but not when he s actually ahead on the flop. we dont want him to fold ax, or kx if we are ahead. |
