Default B3B vs CR?

What factors make you decide to B3B vs CR? Totally player dependent, value of your hand, or do you just use it to mix up your play? I'm looking to incorporate B3B more into my game, but wanted your opinions on what are the best situations. Looking back, this seems like it could easily go either way.

How people react to a flop lead, board texture, how often the player c-bets when checked to.. a bunch of factors go into this question.

Just shove the turn

And I prob bet the flop since your raise makes the turn awkward for stack sizes
