Ive always been a nit when it comes to CR flops without a hand im ready to commit allin with. What line on the turn would you suggest given that he calls with the same turn card?

Shove. Represent the nut straight as villian could be c-betting flop with top pair and straight draw/ two pair + draw/ overpair, you have 3 gut shot straight draw outs, flush outs and overpair.

hand from earlier today, this is generally how to play this spot - raising pre flop builds a decent pot so you never get in the mindset of 'oh well its $3, fold next hand'. Againts his trash hand im something like 55/45, but i have a real problem getting paid if i just flat call the flop. also i have made my decision simple if hes got a set as im then 33/67, but calling for $60 more for a pot of $210 is no decision at all. everything else in his range im crushing

Why not?

Nowhere in this hand does the villain have to make any hard decisions (and you can argue that he doesn't have to make any).

Check-raise the flop.

I will feel like I have to cbet flop and not know whether to fire again on the turn when the 3 flush misses (in general). just recently started playing tight vag nit style bc i find myself betting with no fold equity vs the wrong players.
