easy decision to commit, now its a matter of whether villain is likely to fire on the turn or if you should play it fast on the flop and get it in.

considering its a dry flop i say let the turn happen and get it in
also, to come up with more aggressive lines later on against the same villain, open shoving the turn is an option, haven't put much thought into what other hands are represented by that line though, thoughts?

Villain min-raise (well, that's practically all it is) suggests he likes his hand a lot or is trying to "find out where he's at" and/or slow down the action.

So much money went in preflop, though, that you're obviously committed with your overpair. And we don't know if we can count on Villain to keep betting or not.

There is always still the river even if he doesn't bet the turn, but I probably just push immediately.

fold or shove. into a 22.2 pot, villain put another 17 dollars... i would fold, assuming he has pocket queens, with a very good likely hood too...

his preflop action, to me eprsonally, suggests pocket queens, or a possible AQs. if it was me, in a pot as such, i would've bet mre on the flop, like 12, and then if hero raises, i would fold, otherwise check turn, and possibly check river, or put in a little bet. pot control is defintly key here, with a one pair, even if it is an overpair.

Wouldn't villian pull this trick with AQ?

There are way more combinations of AQ/KQ than there are QQ, 18 for both (3Q's*2A's + 3Q's*4K's) vs (3Q's*2Q's) 6

Can't believe QQ here, wouldnt that be reraised often preflop? do we know villain stats?
