Not that much history with Villain, but he should view me sth like 23/18/3.5 o so.

that would be cause we're obviously not a favourite vs villian's range. As to my own answer, I'd go ahead and get it in.. it's just a very basic gamble situation.

We know close to nothing about Villain, and raise on such flop without prior experience with Villain tells me that I'm beaten almost every time with my only safe option in flush draw (thus having between 9 to 7 outs).

What deserved flop reraise that is worth folding after your push (apart from bluff flop raise) given those odds - 700$ to win 1300$ (if my calculation is correct)?

I see your +FE very small percentage of time!
