Re: PLO25 - trying to commit bad AA, ugly flop/opp
I think you can get away from this pretty easily on this flop 3-handed.

Just fold and wait for a better spot.

Re: PLO25 - trying to commit bad AA, ugly flop/opp
Because he has probably a straight with no redraws. He wants to get the money in while he is ahead. If he checks or bets small, and the turn flushes or pairs the board, he would had a hard time thinking he is still ahead, specially against two. He wants to go all-in right now (put you all in) and avoid tricky situations later.
Some people do the same with weak a holding like 2 pair and the NFD, hoping to push your "obvious" AAxx out of the pot. |

Re: PLO25 - trying to commit bad AA, ugly flop/opp
Dont limp reraise bad aces unless you can get at least 50% of stack in preflop.

You want to be sure that you're getting at least 50% of your stack in when you flip your cards face up like that. 3-handed, and maybe even HU, this seems like a pretty easy fold on the flop given you guys are still reasonably deep for the table. |
