after you donk the flop and he c/r'ed i think i push, if you bet 20-22ish and he pushes i think your beat (aa,kj,88)

Just get it in on the flop, he's got too much invested by now to get away with anything besides air.

I would push flop, but I think calling and getting it in on the turn is fine as well.

You're committed to call on the turn, but i think this is AK or JJ a LOT.
