Let him steal your blind ( if he really is stealing), its only 1 bb, better then getting in a raised pot with 64o

No, you have a suited gapped connector and position. A very deceptive hand in BVB raised pots. I'd call a pot raise he like 30% here, raise 10% and fold 60%. I see no problem with calling preflop if the raise was to around 7.
