Internet Explorer and AT&T Yahoo browser dont work for the site. You need to download FireFox. When I installed FifeFox and tried to login, it worked for the first time.

wrong, running internet explorer go to tools --> internet options --> General --> Click delete temporary files --> go to security tab --> lower bar to at the most medium... holr
