My thought is that they will fold an 8 and sometimes call with a draw. Not sure if it's good tho.

I do this a lot more IP. River play can be tough, is the check/call +ev on a blank river? Bluff inducer to make better hands only call a smaller bet and missed draws raise themselfes in the valuetown? check/folding sucks and if its the best option I might hate the turn too.

I give it up on the turn. You're like behind on the flop, that turn card hits Kxdd. Don't like bluffing vs 2 unknowns when you're likely in terrible shape.
