I think this suit is perhaps the exact opposite of awesome.
What a dick.
Way to attention-whore and waste our court's time.
The fact that people can actually make a living by filing ridiculous schemes like this disgusts me.

The lawyer also set a new high for intelligent quote-worthyness when he offered:
"They were deceiving customers," said the 48-year-old Mayer. "You can't deceive customers."
