Start the limit events shallower, especially the stud and HORSE events. (I think they already made this change for the limit holdem and O8 this year - though I'd prefer shallower still.) The structure for the 5K HORSE is just absurd.

As for one day vs two, do whatever will bring the most fish. I think that's probably one, but do some surveys. It's a lot easier for serious players and pros to commit two days than it is for a random casual player.

More shorthanded events.

Run a smaller tournament series quarterly.

None of this is meant to suggest that WCOOP, as it is now, is anything less than awesome

Very minor quibble: Do a sensible payout on leftover funds in satellites, like 5/3/2, instead of buyin rebates. Right now I'm in an 18-player $125 sat to the $1050 LHE. First pays a seat, 2nd-9th pay $125, 10th pays $38. Over half the field gets paid, only one makes a profit. That's silly.

Why not seat/$519/$312/$207 instead? In addition to making play more meaningful, it means you don't have to go hand-for-hand.

I guess this is more of a general satellite issue than a specific WCOOP issue.

Oh, and when there are two WCOOP events on a single day, SYNCHRONIZE THE BATHROOM BREAKS
