Quote from Tech FAQ on CR, to delete DRM dir:

# Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools > Folder Options > View. Check the box that says "Show hidden files" and uncheck the one that says "hide protected operating system files". You will be presented with a warning; click Yes to the warning. Click Apply. Click Ok.
# Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users. You should see a dimmed folder titled "DRM". Dimmed folders represent "hidden" folders in Windows.

For Vista users, this folder is located in the c:\users\USERNAME\appdata\local\microsoft

# Delete the DRM folder and everything in it.
# Reset your folder view options that were changed in step 7.1.

[/ QUOTE ]

Thank you. This worked for me to be able to watch the stream.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm having this problem, i'm n the folder on vista but there's no DRM folder even after i'm showing hidden and system folders.

I guess i choose not the best day to subscribe to cardrunners. I made a payment of 128.98 today and got an error instead of confirmation message but the money went away from my visa card. So i got nothing, wrote 3 emails, didnt got an answer. Guys, u have to put a message on your frontpage about problems and maybe not allow payments while u experience problems. Anyway hoping for the best and sorry for my english.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wow, this is true?! I made two attempts last night and receive a error message both times.

[/ QUOTE ]

I made three attempts and each time it was declined, but the money was taken out of my account all 3 times.

Will I receive a refund for not being able to use the site? The least you can do to remedy this issue is have CTS give me a 2hr coaching session.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, we are also working on other promotion beyond the two gifts for twenty days for those who are having trouble logging in.

[/ QUOTE ]

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm able to log in ok but the site sees me as a guest. Obviously I cannot watch any videos because it keeps asking for money or an upgrade. There shouldn't be any billing issues on my end as I've been auto subscribing for awhile now. Thanks for the help. My login name is Floyd.

Here is a fix for the login problem.

Please note that any problems with credit card processing or new accounts will be fixed. Just hang tight and please notify admin of your situation.

1. "When I login, it doesn't say my username or password is wrong, it just redirects me back to the 'www.cardrunners.com' page."
2. "When I login, it doesn't say my username or password is wrong, it just redirects me to the 'choose levels signup page'. I have a valid account."

Anyone with these issues, must do the following.

Internet Explorer Users:
a. Click on 'tools->internet options'
b. on the general tab, click 'Delete...'
c. when the window pops up, click on 'delete cookies', when it prompts you if your sure, click yes.
d. when that is finished click close.
e. click on security tab.
f. make sure the 'settings slider bar' is set to 'Medium High' or LOWER. You need to allow cookies to use this site.
g. click okay or apply.
h. restart your browser.

Fire Fox:
a. click on tools->clear private data
b. make sure the checkbox next to 'Cookies' and 'Cache' and 'Authenticated Sessions' are checked.
c. click clear private data
d. click tools->options
e. click the content tab
f. make sure the checkbox next to 'enable JavaScript' is checked.
g. click on privacy tab
h. make sure the 'Accept Cookies from sites' checkbox is checked.
i. click okay
j. restart browser

If you have previously had a login Issue, Please do let us know that this resolved your problem.

Thank you,
CR Admins

Taylor,
I have problem #2 you listed. I followed your steps and set my browser security settings to low. Im still having the same problem as before. When I login it says my name in the top right corner, but says "connecting..." in my dashboard(?). when i click on videos or forums it doesnt recognize im a member and asks me to sign up. Hope that helps. And i appreciate everyone working overtime on this.

I would also recommend trying a different browser to determine if this is a user-end issue or a site issue.
