Sustainable.
Nothing wrong with having a drink or two with dinner and a night cap. You might want to take a week away from the bottle and really pay attention to your body. Also pay attention to your intake. If it's increasing over time, that's probably cause for concern. Can you easily take a week away from the bottle? Or is it a real challenge? The answers to these questions may show the path to whether you should slow down, or take a break for awhile.
