UTG is a 18/14/2 TAG, I think he's really not good but he's not what I'd call a fish. Nitty postflop and not very aggressive, plays straightforward. I'm pretty sure he has a very tight calling range of 3-bets, even when in position. Button is random donk 35/3/1.5.

Thoughts on all streets are welcome, I already know my preflop 3-bet is not big enough... |

Well, first off UTG has $282 left on the river is covered.
I was thinking to bet/fold, but I didn't realize you aren't too deep. I think TT-KK is a real possibility. I would say AA is not, but TT is barely a possibility. Either way I'm a bit torn, but I'm probably shoving in hopes of JJ/TT, and regretting it as I run into KK or a flush. Problem is getting value of hands you beat is very difficult here. I think Check/Call is probably the smarter line, but not the line I take. -Ace |

Don't check the flop. Shoving river with these stack sizes seems good.

Tough spot vs. a nit. I'm not sure he calls TT and JJ often enough to make a shove +EV. Could he have something retarded like AdKx?
If he's as nitty as you say check/fold might be best. |

A check is pointless here becasue he isnt betting less than a shove and he isnt going to check a hand you beat. So it has to be either c/f or just shove as you said. I think there are only 2 hands you can succesfully get paid on, TT and JJ. After just looking at it, I would suggest a c/f. Based off your description, I dont think villain will bluff in this spot. He may have AdKx and called thinking he had 15outs.

i think i'd have shoved. thing is, it's hard for me to put him on AA or KK when he checks the flop behind you. is that at all standard for a semi-nit to do with AA/KK on that kind of wet flop and i'm not realizing it, or did he just take a weak line?
