villain is 25/5/3.5 over about 300hands.

Does baluga apply here?

There are quite a few draws out there so I didnt
want to check the turn.

As for the preflop raise I alway raise to 0.85 from the BTN if its folded to me.

Throw your hand away on the turn. We're looking at either trip 7's or a full house. When you go all in, he's not folding anything with the odds he's getting. That being said, you really can't beat anything he's calling you with.
