Re: Vegas Virgin
[ QUOTE ]
What time does the Sahara tourney start and when would I need to sign up to insure I get in? [/ QUOTE ] 11am, 7pm, and 11pm every day. Show up 15 minutes early and you'll almost certainly get in. Show up 1 minute early and you may find yourself an alternate (but normally you'll still get in). |

Re: Vegas Virgin
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] why is everyone recommending the bellagio...for someone with no car on the far north end...it's worlds away [/ QUOTE ] Cab rides along the Strip are cheap, reliable, and plentiful (most times). So no one is thinking twice about the cab ride, they're just recommending where they would prefer to play. [/ QUOTE ] I hear ya. cheap, reliable, and plentiful but at most times of the day it could unfortuneately take like 30 min to get from the Wynn to the Bellagio |

Re: Vegas Virgin
I recommend the Wynn. In addition to having a generally soft 8-16 game, they've got hands down the hottest cocktail waitresses in Vegas, and their poker room is very nice and clean. I go to Vegas several times per year, and since it opened I've always stayed at the Wynn.

Re: Vegas Virgin
Ride the bus. I know some would not want to do this, but for 2 bucks you can go from one end of the strip to downtown.
