have to make it more than 200 pf over a t80 limper. just about 3x is reasonable, maybe more if needed.

I guess bb has shown a lot of strength calling 1/5 of hes stack preflop and you missed flop, so i'd check flop and see what he does on turn and whether or not we catch smth. Our bet isn't likely to make better hands fold, so i think its safer to check.

I think limping or raising over the limper is ok, but since limpers stats tell us he sucks, I would rather try and put in a raise to take the 200 down pf, or play a pot HU with him in position.
