so i tried to cashout via echeck today expecting it not to work since its frozen until transfer go thru right? it worked. so is this gonna take forever?

I'm really pissed about this. On 8/22 and 8/24 I made two separate small deposits, which have still yet to be taken out of my bank account. I then made additional deposits on 9/3, 9/4, and 9/7 for pretty small amounts(all <$100). None of these have been taken from my bank account yet.


And then on 9/20, without thinking I withdrew $750 from Pstars, and they said $592 of it had to be via eChecks, and the rest went to my ePassporte account and the small ePass amount has already been credited but I have yet to see the $592 hit my bank account which I requested 7 days ago on 9/20.


So I have something like $300 in pending deposits which have yet to been taken from my bank account, and a $592 withdrawl that will probably take a month according to you guys... WHY DIDNT I JUST GET A CHECK GAH.

Do I have any hope guys? Or am I screwed and need to have a long correspondence with PS support via e-mail?

I just had an echeck deposit from sometime in August hit my account this morning, so they're really, really far behind.

Look for "Web Authorized Payment Ourpay" or something similar on your statement. I got Stars support to confirm that that's the processor they're using for these things.

HA After almost one month I get an email from Stars about an Echeck Deposit. They say it was an invalid tracking number, even though it is valid and the funds are there. They just went ahead and deducted the echek deposit from my stars money. Would have been nice to get notice of it before checking my balance this morning? What a fricking debacle!
