Nothing you beat is going to call here. Ax, Kx, 1010 - QQ are all now good. Nothing frustrates me more than being counterfeited after building a nice pot, but such is poker. Check the river.

Everything else seems fine although I might bet a little bit more on the flop to punish those who can't fold Ax in that spot.
