Check river, then fold to push unless you have seen him bluff like this before.

At the river it seems like he just caught his draw. Although usually in a hand like this I would have slowed down at at the turn after he called my continuation bet. Him calling would make he think that he could have a queen. What do you guys think about checking the turn? Or do you want to charge a possible flush draw.
