AK bluff against reg
Ok villain has been 3betting me alot, floating me and generally just playing back at me ALOT. He runs 18/15/3.5
I call the flop to fire turn, but then for misterious reasons i decide to check the turn aswell. Now i decide again to bet river. Is ok? Better to bet turn? 4bet preflop? openshove preflop? Re: AK bluff against reg
The odds of him calling the river w/ 88 is much higher than callin the turn w/ 88. I like a turn bet as played.

Re: AK bluff against reg
river bet sucks, this works if you are OOP not IP
um, i think standard is smallish 4bet insta call shove regardless of river bet sucking bc your not repping a hand, its also lame bc you are turning a hand that has really high showdown value into bluff when you closethe action... |

Re: AK bluff against reg
i'd rather check the river than bet it with AK.. you'll be good a fair bit of the time and he isn't folding a pair
