5 to the top, top 2 pair, what do you do?

This is a common situation so I won't bother with HH..

Say preflop one raises 5x, 4 call.

5 to the flop, double-tone board, you got top 2 pair.

Check, you bet, 1 fold, 1 call, button a NIT reraises to 70% your stack. Do you call/fold/shove?

depends on how nitty, what top 2 i have, if nit was original raiser, history etc etc. normally i'd stick it in.

do you have like JT on TJ5ss flop or 45 on a 456 monotone flop. texture of flop matters

Of course HH matters, since top two pair could be JT with a JT9 flop. It's totally different if you have top two on a 872 or AK3 flop since NIT can't have an overpair on the latter. Stacksizes matter as well as who was PFR...c'mon honestly...

In most cases, I shove fwiw.
