weeeeee I'd blame it on the fact I've been out of school for a long time, but I doubt it would have mattered, cuz I didn't know or care about any of that [censored] when I was in school |

This thing is retarded. Could not go past question two about puritans. All suggested answers are beyond stupid. You know what - there is more to puritanism than america knows about it. There is more to the world than you see on fox channels. And these questions were supposedly designed by educated people - I feel sad for you people [/ QUOTE ] Maybe you are retarded? It was clearly a reference to American puritans which had a large early influence on our colonies. [ QUOTE ] ps Q25: Common law was... - the fundamental law for the Nazis and the Soviets. Thanks for putting us in the same category. Is this really what an average yankee thinks? Somehow I think most would not be able to tell a difference. [/ QUOTE ] Us? Are you a Nazi or a Soviet? |

Does knowing any of this stuff really matter? [/ QUOTE ] I think knowing this stuff is extremely important for people in a democracy. Someone who does well on this test probably has a good grasp on what is going on in the government which I also think is important. |

ha, 31 correct for 51.67%. I'm a combination of apathetic and dumb about civics. I got most of the econ questions right.
whatever. AP US History 10 years ago. Nothing stuck. |

Re: Interesting US civics test
made it halfway through before i had to quit due to excessive yawning. that being said, i doubt i'd even get 10% as I only answered one question without guessing.
