Re: 6$ - Turbo - 4Tos - BB
[ QUOTE ]
SB is weak. Questions... Push preflop? Why / Why not? Bet on the flop? Why / Why not? Bet on the turn? Why / Why not? Big Blind is t400 (4 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com SB (t1240) Hero (t5710) UTG (t5135) Button (t2915) Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 2 folds, SB completes, Hero checks. Turn: (t800) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) SB checks, Hero checks. River: (t800) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) SB bets t400, Hero folds. Final Pot: t1200 [/ QUOTE ] Push preflop? Why The SB merely limped in but he has started the hand with 3x BB. This tells me that he is likely not a good player ( should be pushing any two) and that his hand is likely weak but wanted to see a flop. Thus he might fold to any pressure. Push preflop? Why not? Your hand stinks. In truth, he should call you with any two as he is getting 2:1 after your push and your pushing range is pretty wide. Bet on the flop? Why He has shown weakness but limping PF and then checking here. Aggressive poker is winning poker. Bet on the flop? Why not? If his hand is as weak as we think, it might have just hit. Your hand still stinks. Bet on the turn? Why You now have Top pair. Bet for value. There is a possible flush draw. Don't allow your opponent infinite odds to a draw. Bet on the turn? Why not? No good reason not to in my mind. |

Re: 6$ - Turbo - 4Tos - BB
WIZ says this is a push preflop for a default opening range of 40%. I agree with SBJ that SB is not an experienced player or he would be pushing any two.

Re: 6$ - Turbo - 4Tos - BB
Fold, and wait for a better spot. You have a big stack and this not the time to use it. One good push makes up for all this nonsense.

Re: 6$ - Turbo - 4Tos - BB
Ehmm sb has 1240 and we have 400bb in pot so if he pushes we need to call additional 840 right, not 800 sorry.

Re: 6$ - Turbo - 4Tos - BB
Ok lets clear it out
1240+5710+5135+2915=15000 So those stacks are before bb post round. After posting small blind SB has 1040, we have 5310 of our 5710 after posting bb, pot is 600, if he pushes his rest 1040, we need to call 840. to win 1640 pot. Correct me if i am wrong here. |
