against a good tag, you will be losing on the river about 99% of the time.

I'm not saying I never raise this flop, but against unknowns and good tags, I don't.

Against ppl that will 3bet me with draws, or 99 on this flop, I just raise the flop, call a 3bet, and call down UI.

SO against the right opponent, I want that extra BB going in on the flop.

But, if I am the BB here, and I bet/3bet the flop, you can call the turn because of your heart draw, but once it misses, even if the river is a 2 of nothing, you are burning money calling the river.

Call, call, call.

Use you position in these heads up pots to induce him to bet his AK, AJ, AT etc. When you raise, they either fold a 3-6 outer or they 3 bet, which forces you into a tough decision.
