Default Trappy KK Play Turn Sour On River?

Hero was 31/24/4.5.
Villain recently min raised utg, I raised Butt with QQ, villain quickly min 4 bet me, baby flop, stacks all in and villain had AA.

Villain had been min raising preflop lots. No flop action history to speak of between us.

Snap call. While many times, we'll see a set, we beat JJ, QQ and of course, a big river bluff with, say, AK.

normally i never do this however villain was very loose esp callling me lite.

Anyhows I called given villains agg fact and he turned

Does an overbet like this on the river normally mean of weakness?
