Default Betfair zero games

How close to zero is the house edge in these (except roulette where it's zero)?

Normal roulette does not have a zero edge.
I'm not sure what BetFair is offering but I doubt it's not giving an edge.

There are three types of wheels -

The American wheel, 0 and 00
The European wheel, 0 only
The Utopian wheel, no green.

I thought I once saw a wheel in Vegas with 000. Did I imagine this?

From the betfair website.

Zero Roulette - One of the most exciting casino games just got a whole lot more interesting. We've removed the 'zero' from the wheel which means you get true odds on every bet.

I'm pretty sure the max stakes are tinyish though. Just designed to get people hooked and/or playing other games.

I don't know if you imagined this -- but I'm certainly not surprised it had a short lifespan if it existed.

I think the average player would need this game to run at about 10 trials per hour to be considered "fun" economically -- but of course they'd die of boredom first, so it would never be entertainment.

That kind of action is more in line with a loose Keno game
