FullTiltPoints reset?

I have been hearing that they resets FTPs every year. If that's the case, when does the reset happen?

I really don't want to lose all the points I have gathered, so I'd like to use the FTP store before it's too late.

i've never ever heard that...
just email support and ask, and u should get a response back by the end of the year
